Germany is closer to Cary, NC than one might think thanks to Annelore and Norbert Gstattenbauer owner’s of Annelore’s German Bakery in downtown Cary. The bakery made its first debut in the Triangle at the State Farmer’s Market in 2007, and has grown to include a beautiful storefront and kitchen on Chatham Street.
Customers will be wowed by the clean and bright bakery filled with an assortment of pastries and bread. Cleanliness is a priority at Annelore’s. From eco-friendly cleaning agents to strict non cross contamination procedures, the kitchen staff keeps a neat kitchen.
Annelore and Norbert adhere to 3 pillars for running their bakery– top quality, authenticity, and uniqueness. Top quality ingredients are always used for example there is no use of shortening only butter is used. Authenticity is found in the age-old ingredients that are used in the bakeries in Germany and in Annelore’s bakery. You won’t be able to tell the difference when you taste Annelore’s authentic baked goods. You can’t find Annelore’s in your local grocery because bread and pastries are made fresh daily in the Cary and Raleigh Farmer’s Market location. Kitchen staff take the time to manually roll-out the dough and cut the cookies. The bakery itself is a unique destination which is must visit for all.

What are people saying about Relo2Raleigh.
We are so grateful to Rachel! Her professionalism, savvy sense of the market, and integrity are second to none. Rachel saved us from a realtor and lender who were taking advantage of our first time home buying experience. She quickly came in and saved the day, negotiated our offer and got it accepted! She was so helpful, always willing to listen, quick to reply and show up whenever needed.
Brian helped us find not only the perfect home, but the perfect home for our family. Its difficult to put into words and appreciation the amount of time and effort that he spent when working with us as clients. I will first start off by saying that that our schedules and circumstances were not easyto work with as an agent. We were not living in Raleigh together yet, new jobs meant long and inflexible schedules, and we were first time homebuyers so full of questions in an extremely competitive market.
